A grand rustic estate of almost 100 hectares on the outskirts of Pollença, with themed gardens (Japanese, Mediterranean, rose and Islamic), fruit trees, almond and olive groves, its own oil and wine production, farm animals, pony stables, a lake and chauffeur-driven buggies to move around the estate. The main house offers 900 m² of classic, elegant interiors.
Eight bedrooms sleep sixteen, all en-suite with walk-in showers and freestanding tubs (one with a hydromassage bath). A complete spa features a sauna, steam room, snow room, gym and heated indoor pool, alongside a heatable outdoor pool. There's a professional Italian kitchen, two dining rooms, a barbecue, a billiard room, a cinema and a library, plus an elevator. Pet-friendly (additional deposit) and available for weddings, it lies fifteen minutes from the Bay of Pollença.
