For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "you" and "your" means you as a user of the Services.

By submitting your details through our Services, you agree that Marès Collection may contact you using electronic communications, including email, telephone, SMS and messaging platforms, for service-related and marketing purposes. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of engaging our Services. Message and data rates may apply.   • Basic contact details, such as first and last name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. We collect basic contact details to communicate with you, respond to enquiries, customise your experience, provide and improve our Services, and market relevant offers to you.
  • Account and onboarding information, such as username, password, and the responses you provide in our onboarding forms. We collect this information to set up and secure your engagement with us. If you register for an account or portal, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, and we recommend that you do not share them with anyone.   • Property information, such as the location, characteristics, photographs, availability, pricing history, occupancy data, performance metrics, existing listings, and channel accounts of the properties you own or manage. We collect property information to assess, position, commercialise, and optimise listings, and to provide the commercial and advisory Services you request.
  • Commercial and financial information relating to your engagement, such as billing details, invoicing information, commission arrangements, revenue and performance figures, and details necessary to process payments to or from you. We collect this information to administer our commercial relationship, calculate fees and commissions, and provide the Services you have requested.
  • Identification and compliance information, where required to verify identity or property ownership/management authority and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Any other information you choose to include in communications with us, for example when completing a contact or onboarding form, or when sending us a message. Some features of the Services may require certain information; you may choose not to provide it, but doing so may prevent you from using those features.

We also automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services ("Usage Data") using cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies ("Tracking Technologies").   • With distribution channels, booking platforms and partners as necessary to publish, position and commercialise listings on your behalf.
  • With our commercial partners and collaborators, such as regional partners or property managers working with us, where relevant to deliver the Services.

  • To comply with applicable law and legal obligations, including cooperation with law enforcement, judicial orders, and regulatory inquiries.
