A 40,000 m² finca in Llubí, renovated in 2018 with an artisanal character: a 150 m² terrace with hand-brushed American walnut floors, hand-painted ceilings and original artwork by the owner. It enjoys countryside and mountain views with complete privacy.
Two double bedrooms sit in the main house and two more in a connected guest house, each with its own bathroom. A 4 × 9 m green-tiled saltwater pool (2 m deep, heatable on request) is surrounded by gardens of flowers and aromatic plants. There's an organic bio-garden, olive, orange and lemon trees, a stable with horses and estate products (honey, oil, natural soaps), plus a yoga studio/platform, petanque, ping-pong, Sonos sound, underfloor heating, A/C and satellite wifi.
