Its eight unique bedrooms sleep sixteen, all en-suite with TV, A/C and views; one ground-floor double is adapted for reduced mobility, and a versatile reading/games room has its own bathroom.
An 8,000 m² Mallorcan garden is wrapped by more than 800 orange trees, with an orchard of fruit and aromatic herbs. A large 20 × 8 m pool sits in an elevated position with an infinity effect, ringed by a solarium with twelve loungers, tables and parasols. An outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a big table, parking for five vehicles and a bicycle storage and repair space round out this sustainable, cyclist-friendly villa.
