Outside, a private gated path leads to the sea (with a mooring and boat ramp), a 48 m² infinity pool with a jacuzzi bench and optional heating, a jacuzzi terrace for eight with a wet bar under a pergola, a 120 m² upper solarium, a barbecue terrace for twelve and a viewing tower with 360° views over Port d'Andratx and Dragonera. Interiors feature satellite TV, multi-zone Sonos sound, estate-wide wifi, a formal dining room for twelve beside the wine cellar, and a main kitchen.
